With only a few ingredients, you can make this delectable dessert in just 10 minutes. Although the waiting time while chilling the cookies takes an hour, the taste is definitely worth the wait. You can never go wrong in making a chocolate walnut cookie.

Not a fan of walnuts? 
Feel free to supplement with another keto-friendly nut. We’ve listed them by grams of carbs per serving.

Best Nuts for Keto Diet:
  • Pecans: 1.1 grams
  • Brazil nuts: 1.3 grams
  • Macadamias: 1.5 grams
  • Walnuts: 1.9 grams
  • Hazelnuts: 2.3 grams
  • Pine nuts: 2.7 grams
  • Almonds: 2.9 grams
  • Peanuts: 3.8 grams

Getting it done

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.

Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into balls.

At this point you have some options. You can roll them in the cocoa powder, chopped nuts or coconut and keep as keto balls (or bombs.) 

Or, press flat with the bottom of  a glass or your hands if you want a traditional cookie shape.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
