Keto BBQ Chicken Kebobs - Easy & Delish
Keto BBQ Chicken Kabobs
These keto BBQ chicken skewers are easy to make, require only a few ingredients. This is the perfect keto recipe for summer BBQs or an easy weeknight dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs or 2 chicken breasts, cut into 2" cubes
- 4 Tbsp Brown Erythritol (or other keto sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Feel free to experiment with your spices and add to the mix. The original recipe didn’t call for garlic powder, but frankly, I believe garlic powder goes with everything.
I also tend to add mixed herbs to most dishes, and love a good shake of pepper flakes in most dishes. Have fun and to mix it up!
Getting it done
Whisk together sweetener and your spices in a bowl.

Cube your chicken and toss in spices. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes per side using either a grill pan, broiler or BBQ.

You can pair these yummy keto BBQ chicken kabobs with a green salad for an easy, delicious and guilt-free weeknight keto meal.
