These keto BBQ chicken skewers are easy to make, require only a few ingredients. This is the perfect keto recipe for summer BBQs or an easy weeknight dinner for the whole family.
Feel free to experiment with your spices and add to the mix. The original recipe didn’t call for garlic powder, but frankly, I believe garlic powder goes with everything.
I also tend to add mixed herbs to most dishes, and love a good shake of pepper flakes in most dishes. Have fun and to mix it up!
Getting it done
Cube your chicken and toss in spices. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes per side using either a grill pan, broiler or BBQ.
