Rich, creamy and full-of-flavor, this dip is the perfect keto diet appetizer or snack to add to your rotation. Incredibly simple to whip up, and always a crowd pleaser!
Keto Avocado Cilantro Hummus
This super simple keto snack is smooth and creamy, with a combination of flavors that is superb. It’s probably one of the easiest appetizers to make since you just combine everything and voila, it’s ready for the party! (Even if it’s just the one on your sofa!)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Avocado
- 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts
- 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
- 2 tsp fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro (loosely packed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
This keto avocado cilantro hummus recipe is equal parts avocado, macadamia nuts and cilantro.
If you’re looking to make a bigger batch (which I bet you will!) keep those three main ingredients equal and up the garlic and lime!
Getting it done
It’s as simple as pulsing together the ingredients!

Combine all ingredients in your food processor or blender.

Pulse until creamy, this is about halfway there, needs a few more spins.

I serve mine with veggies and keto-friendly chips and crisps.
